The King Phojanakong ‘98 Memorial Scholarship
On July 12th, 2023, Annabel Nau Phojanakong and Phebe Phojanakong traveled to Hyde Park, NY to present a $100,000 donation to the Culinary Institute of America. This donation established The King Phojanakong ‘98 Memorial Scholarship, an endowed scholarship at the Culinary Institute of America. This scholarship will keep King's legacy alive by providing the next generation of culinary professionals with a world class education from the CIA in perpetuity.
This education will help prepare students to lead in the kitchen, the boardroom, give back to their communities and positively impact NYC.
The funds for this donation were generously contributed by King’s community, dear friends, family at the Inaugural Scholarship Benefit Dinner held on June 5th, 2023.
